About the Role
As soon as a customer approaches the branch, the applicant would be expected to meet them at the initial point of contact and offer them exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients who are on foot and directing them to the appropriate service or cash counter.
- Responding to and ending immediate kill requests.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Motivate clients to use digital platforms.
- Ensuring there are no audit findings.
- Aim for 90% NPS. Establish a strong service culture to raise the bar on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Increase customer satisfaction by using the Net Promoter Score.
- Timely clearing of the branch cheque drop box by the deadline.
- Customers should be encouraged to raise their CASA balances (fresh/float).
Additional tasks: a. Organising displays and binders; b. assisting branch BOSH with branch-related activities; c. assisting with branch maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
The ideal background for career success is:
Graduation or post-graduation from an accredited institution with one to three years of relevant experience.
